Totally renovated condo in historic Rivermont area. This spacious condo is a one of a kind in this community. Situated in the heart of Historic Rivermont, it is convenient to walking/running, Black Water Creek trails, cafe-style restaurants, and boutique/specialty shops. Only a few blocks from Randolph College. It offers 2-3 bedrooms(3rd bedroom doesn't have a closet and would be ideal for an office) and 2 full baths with more square footage than the rest. The kitchen has just had a face lift with new flooring, cabinets, counter tops, and stainless appliances. $144,900 http://lynchburgvideotours.com/web/tour/show/video/branded/22

Hey, thanks Jeff....Back at ya!  Yes, it's the biggest condo in the building.  We just reduced it $5k.  Lots of sq. ft. for the money.

I love Historic Lynchburg!  My mother is from there.  I remember visting my grandmother in the 1960's.  She lived on the second floor of an old mansion on Memorial Avenue that was converted into apartments.  It was the coolest apartment.  I remember the very high ceilings and hardwood floors.  The hardwood floors gave me my first set of stitches (from falling - on my chin) and my first trip to a hospital at 3 years old.

To me 144,000 is an unbelievable price for such a great place and location.
