So The Door is Locked and I Can't Get In

Off to a great start of showing homes.  I arrived early to open the house up, turn on the lights, and to take a look for myself before the Buyer gets there.

Keys are in the lockbox, but Lol and Behold the storm door is locked.  A call was put in to the List Agent and of course he could not reach the seller.  Assured me he would keep trying.

My clients arrive and I am still waiting.  After a time, another call was put in to make sure we weren't able to see the home.  This seems to be the ONE. Of Course List Agent apoligizes (not his fault seller just forgot). So hoping that the List Agent would be able to reach the seller we went to the other home on their list. (they hated it) Returned to the locked home and tried again waited for around a half an hour and agreed to try again another day. This time The ONE was really the ONE.  We gained entry today and wrote an offer on it.  Our clients were a cute young couple and did not seem deterred at all by this mistake. I am so glad they had patience.  We had shown them several before.

Now I hope they're offer is accepted.
