Facebook Fridays - The Weekend Edition

I know many of my subscribers are used to seeing my weekly Facebook Fridays posts, but this week I had some unexpected delays, so I am posting my Facebook Fridays blog this weekend. Thanks to Anita Clark’s post yesterday for Facebook Fridays, many are planning on adding their Facebook Pages for Social Media in 2012 to help grow their businesses.

Facebook is still a great place to generate more leads and grow your business with online marketing. Thanks to my friend and associate in Dallas, Texas, Teral McDowell, I learned that I could add my Facebook Business page as one of my employers on my Personal Facebook Profile page. Since I know many friends will want to click on your Facebook Profile page and check out your info that shows your work, education, schools, and other favorite things that interest you. I know I always go and check out that info tab whenever I am looking at adding a new friend.

Once they check out your info on your Facebook Profile page, they may click on your Facebook Business Page and Like you as a Fan. We all want more fans, and this was a neat idea that Teral shared with me recently. Just do a search for your Facebook Business Page, and add it to the Work and Education section as one of your employers for your information section to your Facebook Profile page. Don’t forget to join our Facebook Fridays Group too.

Hi Sandy, I feel the same way about all professionals have their own business page on FB. In fact, I am planning to create another one just to post local events to my area.
