Classic Car Show -- Saturday December 3rd -- 2011 December Blogging Contest
This orange car had an extended rear end. It's one of the longest station wagons I have ever seen. It looks like it would fit a surf board.
Great Texas star wheels.
I don't know if this was an car show entrant or just a car of an observer, but I really like the great cherry red color of this corvette.
Hmmm... wonder what this license plate means, the last porsche?? Nice color contrast between the canary yellow and black.
I took a picture of the license plate on this car from the back and it was a 1956 car license plate. This car is so clean, you can see the reflection on the inside of the hood.
This white Shelby has the markings of a race car. This is the first one I have seen with Carroll Shelby's signature on it.
More racing insignias.
This car reminds me of the old bootleg cars, but it has been totally updated. It looks like there is a computer screen in the trunk and the front engine is exposed. Someone has taken good care of this car.
This car reminds me of my Mother's 383 Roadrunner. She used to love to peal out when the light turned green when there was some young punk revving his hot rod next to her at a stop light. She would leave them in the dust and laugh. Pretty cool for a 50 year old lady.
This classic car show takes place at Vintage Park at Texas 249 and Louetta Road the first Saturday of every month from 8am to 10am. Hope to see you there next month, January 7th at 8am.
