You, yes YOU can never again say that there is nothing you can do about the economic crisis!!!

 I like you, sometimes feel helpless in this economy and just look at all the percieved corruption in the Nation's capital. I know we are not Warren Buffet who said, just tax me more, just increase my taxes!!!!  Well the government in its amazing wisdom has established a way that we all can get involved to solve the National Debt Crisis, so listen up!!!
It is the holiday season and you can make a gift to your government right here Gifts to Our Government and participate in reducing the National Debt for all of us.  The Treasury Department has generously set up this web site to allow you to make contributions over and above the taxes you are paying to help bail out Washington and our Country.  What a great Christmas Gift, I have a lot of relatives who voted for the current administration, so I am going to make their gift this holiday a donation on their behalf to the Government, I am sure since they support the current administration, that they will appreciate my helping out by making this their gift.  And if you don't think you have the cash, read on, because you can put it on a credit card!!!

If you don't think you make enought to make this contribution, be aware that Atanacio Garcia who is an 84 year old retired postal worker is currently collecting recyclable bottles and cans from the streets of San Antonio and between these collections and his retirement income he is sending $50 to the government every month to help reduce the debt.  He says he will continue to do as much as he possibly can to help our country.  To date he has donated $2480.  His story appeared in the  LA Times.
