Today, I visited Atlee Fields Knoxville TN. I'm here to tell you that home sales are hopping in Atlee Fields.
But, first a bit about the community. Situated off Middlebrook Pike just west of Cedar Bluff Road, Atlee Fields is set back off the road. There are amenities, such as a pool, as well as mountain views. At the only entrance, you will drive along a lovely boulevard, with a tree-lined medium. Sidewalks are found throughout the community, so it is very family friendly.
There are 8 Active properties on the market, and during November, there were 4 closed sales.
