It is Sunday, and I should be sleeping, but my body wants to be up. So, that has given me an extra opportunity to send a series of listings to an out of town client.
This client showed up at an REO I have listed one day. She had found it on the Internet and wanted to see it in person. She drove from the metro area to do a drive by of the property. I just happened to be there when she arrived. It wasn't the perfect house for her, but we started a dialog on what would be, and now the search is on.
I sent her 3 REOs and 5 new fair market listings. Let's see what happens. It's a good start to a hopefully restful day.
Mike - I know what you mean about "should be sleeping but the body wants to work" - happens to me all the time. Good luck on getting a contract with this client. If she took the time to drive out to a property she is likely a good prospect. Good for you taking it to the next level by sending out things that might met her needs.
