SOME HOMEOWNERS CAN BE VERY OFFENSIVE

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Executives

The very cute homeowner at the right can become very "offensive" if challenged or threatened.  It is one of the many different residents that live in Prince William Forest Park which is a 15,000 acre National Park located in Eastern Prince William County.

  • 37 miles of hiking trails
  • 21 miles of bicycle-accessible roads and trails
  • cabin camping
  • tent camping
  • back country hike in and hike out camping
  • fishing
  • RV camping
  • picnic facilities
  • Junior Ranger programs

The park is open all year from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m except the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays.

Ranger led programs and activities are are held throughout the year. The pictures below capture the natural beauty of this precious resource for all Americans, but easily accessible to Prince William County residents.

The bridge on the left is part of the Laurel Loop hiking trail.

The deer on the right gets along very well with the skunk.

There are many miles of bike friendly roads and trails

Although there are no homes for sale in the park I can assist you with

There's some human kind that can be very offensive too! LOL  Karen:  Great pictures and I just love the animals of nature.  We try hard to protect our wildlife here in the mountains.  It's getting harder to do but we try.

Donna, We live near Prince William Forest Park and it adjoins Quantico Marine Corps Base.  Together, the two of them are approxinately 60,000 acres of protected property.  Our deer thrive in the middle of a very populated area, Karen

The park is practically in my backyard and we love to hike there.  We have spent many weekend days hiking to that bridge.  The last time, last month everything was so dry.  We have even done some camping there and only live 15 minutes from the entrance.,
