December 31 day challenge: day 4

By
Real Estate Agent with Sulek & Dutton Real Estate
Today was a good day to meet my neighbors and grow my sphere of influence. I was invited to a neighborhood cookie exchange and I accepted! Aside from having a wonderful time and bringing home 13 dozen cookies, I made it work for real estate as well. Since I'm fairly new in the neighborhood, most guests I was meeting for the first time. As we were talking about what we were doing with our cookies, I explained how I would be dividing them up to give to this past years clients who have bought or sold homes. Real estate pitch #1. I also struck up conversations with most of the guests that I hadn't met before to be sure they knew there was a realtor in town. It was a great day. I also accepted a BPO order and contacted my book club sphere. Looking forward to a new week of new accomplishments!

Melissa,

A cookie exchange sounds like a great way to meet new people and that you did just that. :)
