So today I was all set to get lots of different things done, and then came the BPO's, ah, what a way to make some $$ for Christmas. Originally I set out to take photos of 5 properties, only 90 miles of driving (got to cut out some of those pesky zip codes), and then while out 3 more came in. Got all of that completed in about 5 hours of driving, picture taking and traffic. To add to today's adventure, there is rain. Brilliant, forgot an umbrella, not that they are of much use while attempting to photograph the exterior of a home.

Got home, knocked out 6 of them and will finish the others in the morning. Christmas money is always good.

Also, with my wife's help, we finished the Fannie Mae application to get REO properties. If all goes well, and Fannie Mae accepts our proposal, next Spring will be one of the busier times we have had in a couple of years. Now we can check off another item on the checklist. Tomorrow is the deadline for new insurance , if you want to change, Medicare is both a blessing and a curse. Everything is geared around you being a "Senior Citizen" and therefore you need medical attention, what about those of us who are healthy, young at heart, at least, don't do, or have ever done, drugs (legal or not). We get to pay and don't reap any benefits, just like the 53% ers. When my time comes, I want to pass as my father did, at work and gone before the old head its the floor. No lingering, no confinement, just finish what I was brought here to do and then GONE.

Tomorrow what to do, ah, finish up the desk and all of the new mail that arrived today, with checks in it, YEA!!!

Signing off for another dat.
