I've been working with a great couple Adam & Jennifer for two or three months or so and today they closed on a house that was perfect for them. They were on the brink of giving up after looking at over 30 homes...they just didn't feel it was going to happen and were ready to call it quits putting off the home search until next year...that's about when this home happened. Like most homes there were a few issues, but my young couple could see past the obstacles and saw this home as the one they've been waiting for. Not only was the house right for them, but the neighbors were very helpful and genuinely welcomed them into the neighborhood (my thanks to Mike).
