Lakewood Ranch New Home Sales Success Continues In November!  Lakewood Ranch, the Sarasota Area's most successful planned community continues to lead the way in new home sales in the region.  November brought 48 new contracts to Neal Communities, the leading builder in Lakewood Ranch.  This has been the most successful month of the year with over 365 contracts since the beginning of the year.
