Ventura County Property Tax Payment ReminderIf you live in Ventura County, the first installment of your yearly property tax is now due.
The first installment is due on November 1, of each year, and usually becomes delinquent after December 10 of each year. But because that date falls on a Saturday this year, the last day to pay without penalty is December 12, 2011.
You can pay online at a reduced cost,www.venturapropertytax.org . You can pay by credit card; or in person by check or money order; or online by electronic check.
If you pay your property taxes through an impound account, please disregard the above information, because your payments are pro-rated and are included in your monthly payment.
