Let's talk about Downtown...
Downtown Manhattan (or Lower Manhattan) is one of America’s busiest commercial centers. Consisting of the area below 14th Street, it is home to the most recognizable American Icon, and the vanguard of the American Dream: The Statue of Liberty.
Office Space – Downtown, NYC
This part of Manhattan is home to a multitude of attractions for tourists. The Brooklyn Bridge, for example, was a record-breaker when it was first completed in 1883. Lower Manhattan also has its fair share of greenery as well; the 32-acres Battery Park and City Hall Park offers visitors a chance to rest their weary feet as they observe beautiful Mother Nature.
Lower Manhattan is also dotted with historical sites. For example, the Cooper Union at Astor Place represents a piece of America’s History: it is the place where Abraham Lincoln gave his famous Cooper Union speech, voicing his concerns about slavery and arguably the speech that contributed to his presidency.
There is no shortage of office space in Downtown, NYC. After all, it's where the Financial District is.
