This was such a great buy for my investor clients. Whether they rent it or flip it really doesn't even matter. Either way they go with it, they can expect that the ROI will be well worth the acquistion and rehab cost.
I am looking forward to their next venture, as they have made some sound decisions based on data that I have presented to them and they are definitely playing their "A" game.
What I really love about them is that they select properties in areas where people still want to live AND their timing is just perfect, as there can't be a better time to be an investor in Birmingham, AL than right now.
