Bonaire GA Real Estate Market Report – Nov 2011

No doubt about it, Bonaire Georgia is a buyers market right now, with nearly 13 months of available inventory for buyers to choose from.

However, sellers should remain optimistic as sales prices have been steadily climbing, averaging just over $197K for the past 12 months. Also, with a 98.4 sales price to list price ratio, homes for sale in Bonaire GA are selling for near full price.
