Family First gave me fantastic service and my refinance went great. I had previously had a difficult and prolonged experience with one of the worst mortgage. I went to them because I thought that, with my being in Phoenix, it would be easier, but it turned into a nightmare. In the end, they declined the refinance because they said there were no similar houses sold recently in the Ski Valley. They just weren't familiar with the local market. Everything went very well. It was a VA process and it went very smooth. This was my first mortgage and I was expecting a nightmare. We weren't really sure what we were in for but they made it pretty simple. We handed over the information from the VA and they handled everything. It was great.

Luis Martinez was really, really good. Any questions that you have, any problems, he answers your questions and makes sure you understand.
