Virtual Reality: Is it time to cast your crew?

Join us for a Webinar on November 8

Working with a virtual team can benefit your business in many ways. You will no longer be restricted to the limitations of a traditional bricks & mortar office. Costs are significantly reduced by minimizing equipment, transportation & liability while greatly reducing office space.

During this webinar you will learn how to work with a virtual team. You will learn how to communicate virtually, and oversee your operations. Learn how to ensure that every team member understands what their role is, why they are asked to do it, when it should be done and how to accomplish your collective goals.

Also learn how to make sure all of your tasks and due dates are memorialized digitally and securely online – this will allow everyone on your team to have a clear picture of their current duties.

I have been a Realtor for something around 14 years and come from another industry or two.  I've been active in Webinars, Video Conferencing but to be frank I usually find them only time consuming and lack a true dynamic for verbal intercourse. Moderators seem to not know how to engage and disengage when the topics is going no where.  Real time, real people in real places may be old school but it works well for me and my fellows.  But I am sure for some virtual classes are the thing if you're pressed for time.

I missed this webinar is there somewhere I can go to download a recording of it and listen later?

I work virtually and I am always interested to hear the other persons opinion about what works and what does not work, never know when I may learn something new.
