Real Estate Agent with Prudential Verani Realty

Townhouse style condo on cul-de-sac in small community called Plumer Court.

5 room 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths, 2 car garage  23 Plumer Court, Unit 15, Epping, NH 03042  $189,900.

15 Plumer Court c judytuscanoAs I came home from my new listing today the sun was just starting to make it's presence known.

The weather has been getting colder, the leaves are dropping and changing from their bright autumn hues to the late fall golds and browns.

It was cloudy and rained most of the day but at 4pm as I turned toward home I noticed a sign with the outside temperature posted at 43 degrees.

My thoughts drifted toward those people out looking for homes at this time of year hoping to be nestled into a new house before the holidays.

This home may be the answer to all your searching and you could be in before the holidays if you act now. This property is in great shape, in fact, I would say you can move right in without doing a thing. There is special financing available too!kitchen c judytuscano

This home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and backs up to a wooded area affording privacy for the owner but convenience of location makes it a commuters dream.

The condo fees cover the outside maintenance, septic, water, plowing and trash removal so you can come home and relax after a long day at work.

This could be your "Home for the Holidays".

You are so correct that it is getting colder and we need to look at getting our clients into their homes for the holidays so they can enjoy their new home.

Hi Susan, Thanks for checking in - is it actually getting cold down there in Raleigh? I thought it stayed warm most of the year down there but then again everything is relevent, huh? You may think 65 degrees is chilly while I think 40 degrees deserves at least a sweater:)

Home for the holidays is important to a lot of people because it is the time when we all want to be warm and cozy in our surroundings.

Jay - You know it - winter is just around the corner - soon snow will be in the air - I love the sound of snow falling and the smell - there is nothing else like it. I'm ready for the change of season.

I felt bad for deleting it after as it made your comment to me look funny! Deleting is not really a good thing. I deleted a nasty comment on one of my posts the other day..it was full of vulgarity...so I got rid of it. But in general I don't like to delete.
