I have lined up many things to build and GC our house ourselves.  I have a 700 plus credit score, and am looking for a construction loan on a home that we are ready to build.  Are you still offering those now?

I am in contract on a lot worth 130k.  I have put 60k down on the property.  It is in Sammamish Wa.  How about a spec construction loan?  I have been building for 10 yrs.
