Kent, We'd love to have those average prices. Glad you got that moose going in the other direction. I've heard they are not very pleasant when spooked.

Moose can be very aggressive, but I was in a raft fishing when that guy walked over the bank...I had to come up with these numbers manually so they may not be perfect, but the median sales price this year has been about $640,000 down from $785,000 last year.  Average days on the market are up to about 310 from around 294.  Thanks for the interest!
