An interesting conversation took place at Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire this afternoon.  Presidential candidates Newt Gingrich and Jon Huntsman met in a two man, Lincoln-Douglas style debate. 

I have a very high opinion of both of these men.  Their intellect and experience gives them both a different and a valuable perspective that can save America and bring us back from the brink of economic policies that are strangling our nation and both understand the world and the complexities of our foreign policy opportunities. 

The debate is going to be rebroadcast this evening (Monday 12/12/2011) on one of the C-Span channels at 8p Eastern time. 

Without reference to your party affiliation or your candidate preference on the Republican side - I urge all of my readers to watch this broadcast this evening.  These guys are worth listening to. 

If you can't locate the C-Span listing, I hope both the Gingrich and Huntsman campaign sites will post the hour and a half video because it is an excellent program.
