The strong surge of homes going under contract we saw in September in the $100-149K price range, and closing in October, pretty much fell flat in November. Only two homes between $100-149K closed in the month of November, compared to 25 in October. On a positive note, there was finally some movement in homes priced above $250K. The number of homes under contract in November show some signs of improvement for sales in December for homes priced UNDER $250K.
