Does Your Marketing Start And Finish....It Should Never Be Finished....Integrate!!!

As we take this time of the year to review and revamp our marketing game plan for 2012, there is one very important task that needs to be incorporated into your plan.  No matter what methods work well for you, there is one task that is continually overlooked.

"Integrating" your marketing is very important.  We should all use more than one method of prospecting to make the phone ring.  I use Internet marketing, direct mail marketing and open house events (another form of networking) to make my phone ring with new business.

My website and outside blog address are on every postcard that gets mailed and it doesn’t matter what the reason is for the mailing.  I mail for new listings, just listed, sale pending, announcing open house events and any other reason I can think of to get our name in front of people.  Every postcard displays our Internet marketing URL's.

Our open house events have brochures about the property, and on the front page at the bottom you’ll find the URL for our website and blog.  After visitors have left the home or new community, it’s important that they have the ability to continue to see a slide show or video of the property.  It keeps them interested and many times it will create a deal.

All of your marketing should be integrated to make your marketing as powerful as possible.  There are no dead ends.  There are no roadblocks.  It’s full circle and it works.  Think about how you can integrate everything that is in your marketing plan for 2012.  It will be a bonus to your marketing, and who doesn’t like a bonus???

I've always looked at marketing as a stepping stone process. In each step you must build enthusiasm that drives people to your product...

Hi Paul....yes, you need to do that and make sure you don't lose them or they don't stray along the way.....a nice tightly knit loop of marketing methods will prevent them from straying....

I totally agree with you, however, I have largely moved away from print media. I found that it was just too expensive for the actual results acheived.

Thank you for another excellent post. You offer really good content, that's probably why I subscribed, :-) I'm trying to integrate and have all parts of my marketing plan support the other parts but it's not easy and I certainly hope it pays off this year.
