$35,000  for a lot is a steal.  Your real estate is not only more affordable than most other parts of the country it has better views.

Dena, The views are beautiful.  It does sound like a very low asking price, I'm surprised they're not all gone by now.

I always love looking at mountains Dena!  It is hard to imagine a lot at that price; people don't realize how cheap your real estate is there compared to other areas.
