A new business "incubator" is underway in the Denver Tech Center. It's called the Innovation Pavilion, and it will be home to business startups and entrepreneurs as well as established businesses. Academic and government organizations will also take up residence. All will be united by their focus on technology.
Similar "incubators" have met with success in California, and the Innovation Pavilion will be the first model of its kind in Colorado. Work space and WiFi will be available to entrepreneurs for as little as $200 a month.
The Pavilion will be 4 stories high and 80,000 square feet, and is expected to be finished within a year. (Read more about the project here.) Perhaps some of the jobs Colorado needs will be generated within those walls. We extend the Innovation Pavilion and its future tenants a warm welcome to the Denver Tech Center!
