Hello Mr Capps,

My name is Erica Phillips. I have been researching on ways to receive help in purchasing my first home. My credit score is poor, and I just started working a new job. Although things do sound down, there is a plus side to all of this. I found a home that is wonderful and very affordable. It is appraised for 57,480 and it only cost 23,800. That is a wonderful deal, and if I could receive the Home Loan Plus Grant for 14, 999, this home would be less than 10,000. That is very affordable. Please contact me as soon as possible.
