December 13, 2011^ Day 13
My day started off with our annual White Elephant Christmas gift exchange/luncheon at the office and I must say that was lots of fun. After spending a couple of hours there it was time to get back to work, so I drove from Suwanee out my our subdivision in Lithonia. When I arrived I signed into the A/R short sale webinar and took notes, (it was filled with info and I am glad I logged on).
I spent sometime answering questions for one of my short sale sellers and I contacted a new potential short sale seller. When I left the subdivision I went to check out a fixer upper property my out of town buyer client is interest in purchasing. I took pictures of the property and sent info to my out of town by client. I reviewed all documents sent by my short seller and submitted the listing paperwork to my office.
I did have some much needed family time in between and now it's time to wind down for the evening.
