Pole Position Raceway, Frisco, Texas opens at 11AM, Thursday, December 15, 2011.  This indoor Kart track will offer a new, exciting recreation adventure in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for adults and children alike.

 

 

Pole Position Raceway offers a new recreation destination for North Texas residents.  This indoor karting facility allows for year-round, climate controlled kart racing.  The course is a quarter of a mile long, and offers a thrilling experience.  At Pole Position, you will race in high-performance European built electric karts that are capable of speeds up to 45 mph, according to Pole Position CEO Jason Williams.

 

The sense of speed is magnified since racers sit just 1 inch off the ground while navigating the curves and corners of the one-fourth mile long indoor track.

 

 

Each race lasts about 10 minutes.  Customers can arrive individually or in groups and race with others who are present.  In addition to the adult Karts, children at least 48" tall who can safely drive, can participate in their own races in Karts made especially for them.

 

 

The Pole Position Raceway in Frisco is located at 10550 John W. Elliot Drive.  The location is approximately one-half mile north of Pizza Hut Park, near the Field House.  It is between Main Street and Eldorado Parkway, just east of the North Dallas Tollway in Frisco, Texas.
