Real Estate marketing using keywords is interesting and for me an ongoing experiment. In my previous post I bragged about getting the number one spot in Google using video. This success prompt me to write the article about it, using active rain and the same keywords. Never did I expect to get listed in the second and third spot after my number one spot for the video. It's a known fact that we need to consider the keywords our target market use, and to include them correctly in our posts/articles. And real estate marketing will be more successful if we do.
I suggest the following:
- Create videos and use different keywords as the file name.
- Create articles on your blog and with the intention to target specific keywords.
- Use online services like http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/ to search for search terms.
- Include your suburb as part of these search terms.
