Funny how people say you can't buy anything with a dollar anymore.

I must admit that I do not condone kissing any object that one picks up off of the sidewalk, let alone a piece of currency, which we all know is going to be extremely dirty.

Thanks for the warm welcome from the rest of ya'll. I'm looking forward to becoming a blogger in earnest, and indeed getting to know you all better.

I do love ActiveRain's user friendly nature, simple appearance and friendly atmosphere. I also like that there's an air of competitiveness, of course in a professional and cordial nature; however, I imagine those that are #1 in their particular areas in points feel that it does contribute highly to their increased visibility.
