Following Bee Cave City Council’s approval of the Ladera subdivision’s site plan in October, Taylor Morrison Homes broke ground on a roughly 83-acre, single-family home neighborhood in Bee Cave.

The ground work has been done, street name changed, and Phase I of Ladera Subdivision Bee Cave Texas has begun.  

Phase 1 of Ladera Bee Cave Texas will include approximately 90 lots and five streets within the subdivision and should be ready for lot selection early spring 2012. Home prices in this single family community will begin in the high-$200,000s. 

The location of the Ladera subdivision is super, with direct access to RR 620 and Hwy 71.  Nestled in a hill country pocket, Ladera is a hop/skip and a jump to just about everything a person would need.
