12 of us gathered in the training room of Keller Williams Realty Lancaster today to participate in Rain Camp. Our gathering was an excellent opportunity to learn from Ben Kinney, Chris Alston and Debe Maxwell. It was a fantastic event. Varied, but timely input was necessary ahd helpful.

Our group included the number one Rainer in Lancaster, PA, Mike Perry. You can see that he stands out in the crowd. We also had folks who are not blogging, but came to learn more about it. It was definitely worthwhile for all of us.

I did not learn much new information, but found it a great confirmation how effective being on the Rain each day has been for my growth.

I also was reminded that real estate can be fun and freeing if we learn how to generaate more leads and have a very focused effort.

A special thanks to the staff at Active Rain. This was a great opportunity to introduce some folks the world of blogging.

I was logged in, but faced several distractions as my office was a two woman zoo today. At one point we had three potential clients and just us two agents there. But with the on/off I did have a few take aways. I need to do some updating on my IDX. That's next weeks project.

Tammy, sorry to hear you were not able to take it in, but being busy like that is also a blessing. I am glad it was for that reason that you were not able to take it in.

Judi, sorry you were not able to take it in. I did learn a few things or refocused my thinking regarding some of the things I plan to do.
