Kaiser Permanente Colorado is heading to Northern Colorado... Story compliments of the Northern Colorado Business Report On-line News source.
Having been a Kaiser member for years while living in California, I was very disappointed when I had to leave their services when I moved to Colorado. This was based on the fact that for my insurance carrier - the closest facility was too far for me to be eligible. This move by Kaiser will open up the door to many people who have not been allowed to have Kaiser or stay with their health care system due to our Northern location.
Coupled with the Leprino Cheese Factory in Greeley and several other high ranking businesses planning to come to this area, Northern Colorado will be an excellent relocation venue for out of area folks. With another 100 jobs coming available, per this article, in the not so distant future, why move anywhere else?
If you are looking for an area that clearly has a growing future, and wish to relocate, please give me a call and I will help you get settled in time to be apart of the tremendous growth heading our way.

Kaiser said it filed its plan with the state Division of Insurance and intends to have new medical offices in Loveland and Fort Collins by late 2012 and in Greeley by 2014.
Each Kaiser Permanente office will offer primary care, pharmacy, laboratory and X-ray services. Hospital care will be provided at Banner Health's McKee Medical Center in Loveland and North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.
Currently, more than 6,000 Kaiser Permanente members live in Northern Colorado who access care in the Denver-Boulder area.
"We heard from many members and employer groups who wanted us to have a presence in Northern Colorado and we listened," said Donna Lynne, Kaiser Permanente Colorado president. "We're pleased to have a partner like Banner Health who, like Kaiser Permanente, is focused on increasing access to high-quality, affordable health care."
"This partnership will provide Northern Colorado residents with outstanding health care options in Banner Health hospitals as well as increased access to other medical services close to home," said Peter Fine, Banner Health president and CEO.
Kaiser Permanente commercial insurance will be available to Northern Colorado employers in late 2012 and individual and family coverage will be added in 2013.
Kaiser Permanente said it expects to provide up to 100 new jobs in Northern Colorado over the next few years as a result of its expansion into the area.
