Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups flour (all purpose)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3-4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
Blueberry syrup
• 125ml/41fl oz maple syrup
• 200g/7oz blueberries
Instruction:
1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients then beat 1 egg and add it to the mixture.
2. Add milk and butter. Mix it well.
3. Get a non-stick, good condition frying pan. Add a drop of oil or butter.
4. Turn it on the other side when bubbles appear. Approximately 1 minute each side.
Instruction for Blueberry syrup:
1. In a pan, put blueberries and add maple syrup. Wait until it boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the blueberry syrup over the pancake. Enjoy!!!
