Have you ever tasted a Korean pear? It's my new favorite fruit!

Korean PearsI have a new favorite fruit – a Korean pear! One of my past clients stopped by to see me at the office this week with an 11-pound box of Korean pears, a thank-you gift for helping him and his wife find a home. I had never tasted a Korean pear before, and boy, was I ever missing out! They are delicious! They taste sort of apple-ish with a hint of pear, and are very sweet and juicy.

Korean pears are huge! They are as big as a large grapefruit, and one person cannot eat a whole one. Each pear weighs about a pound and a half!

This box of Korean pears is one of the best gifts I have ever gotten! Thank you, Jeff and June!

Near heard of a Korean pear. Doubt I will be able to find it locally, anyway.

Hi Rose, those pears are huge and they look and sound delicious.  You should be proud of yourself for serving your clients so well and to be appreciated for your good work.

Hi Rose, I wonder if they bought them locally?  I hope so, now that it is your new favorite fruit!  Let me know if you find out that they were purchased here locally - I would love to try them.
