Realty Five of Defiance has now gone Mobile!

If you have been someone who has spent any time on our website this past week, I'm sure you've noticed that we've been going through some changes in how home searches are done.

As a company we've always tried to use the latest technology in order to give our customers the best possible service and we believe this latest upgrade has truly helped to make the home buying and selling experience even better.

The most exciting aspect of our new home search tool is the addition of our site becoming Mobile friendly. If you have a mobile phone that has internet browsing capabilities you can now go to www.realtyfive.com and easily navigate our site to search homes. You don't even have to download any apps to get this to work. You simply have to go to www.realtyfive.com and it will automatically be there for you.

What's exciting about this is the ease at which you can find a home. You can search all homes in an area through the "Search All Properties" button. When you click on it, it will give you options of what you are looking for such as price, area, bedrooms etc. Then you can bring up the information for any homes that match your criteria with all pictures that are with it.

What I believe is the greatest tool on the new site is the "Search Near An Address" button. Let's say, for example, you are out driving around and you see a house that is for sale and you want to have instant information about that house. You want to know the price, how many bedrooms, baths and would love to see a few pictures of it. All you have to do is type in the address of that house and all that information will be right at your fingertips! Then if you determine that you are interested in seeing the house personally, you can then hit the "Call Now" button and you will be able to call us for an appointment! IMPORTANT: THIS WORKS FOR ANY HOUSE NO MATTER WHO'S SIGN IS IN THE YARD AS LONG AS THEY HAVE IT LISTED ON THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE! We can show you any house that is listed for sale!

I actually used this yesterday when showing houses to a couple. After we met at a house to see it they mentioned a house down the street that they would like to see also. So, I pulled out my phone went to the website and searched the address. I instantly knew how much they were asking for it, how many bedrooms and baths and was able to see several pictures of it. I then called the listing agents office and asked if we could see it. Fortunately for us it was not being lived in right now and we were able to get right in and see it.
