Prices have stayed relatively the same as in November. The number of sales is also relatively unchanged with only 6 condos sold during the month. Typically, November, December and sometimes January and February are slow. Prices are slightly higher than last December though. With mortgage rates staying low, I expect prices to increase slightly as we get into the spring, which is typically busier for all categories of real estate.
