Prices this year increased from January through to July and then started to move up and down a bit. In December though, they had fallen to a point lower than December 2010. Activity was good for December, with 42 single family homes sold.
What will 2012 bring? Many are optimistic. I do believe we have bottomed out. With interest rates low, I expect prices to slowly increase maybe 3-5%, but by how much exactly, no one is too sure.
