If your like me you have come across Renters that aren't convinced that a home purchase is a good idea. This video is Guaranteed to HELP RENTERS make the decision to Purchase!

Even if the numbers do not work out exactly the same in your market the ratios will probably be pretty close.

We have gotten great activity in just 2 days with this short video!

I have gone over numbers like this, and I find many really don't want to buy because they don't want to take care of the place.

Vern,

That does happen ... but there are people that have no one in their life giving them sound advice! So, I'm looking for those folks that need help.

Very good video.  It breaks it down in real simple terms that anyone could understand.

Good video. Will keep this in mind. Some buyers already get it, but some are still extremely nervous about making the commitment since they're not sure what will happen to them and their jobs. While others are still waiting for the prices to fall. Maybe you should do another video on the effect of prices falling another 1%, versus what it will cost if the interest rates go up by 1% or less during the same period of time

Thanks!

By the way, I suggested and re-blogged your post. Thought perhaps others may have similar ideas and produce their own video on the subject of cost of renting vs buying.

Here's wishing you a Nappy and Prosperous New Year!
