Republic Missouri is a booming community located Southwest of Springfield along Highway 160.  Many new subdivisions have cropped up over the past 10 years.  New schools, new businesses, and great home prices make it a great place to call home.

Over the past year Republic has had a slower market than 2010.  There are 198 homes currently available for sale.  The average home price is still under $150,000.  Luxury homes are struggling to sell.
