What's hidden behind your walls?

Home Inspector with UTAH INFRARED Home and Building Inspections

While preforming Infrared Home Inspections, home owners are often surprised when I can show them things about their home that they never knew existed even after years of living in the home.

I usually get the same response "WOW, that is amazing! I wish we would have known about Infrared Home Inspections before we bought this house" Well the good news is that now they do know about Infrared Home Inspections.

these infrared inspections are a great tool and will help home buyer see the difference from older homes and todays well built 'green' homes and the whys.

Hey Dennis,

haha, I've actually thought of that on a couple of occasions. I keep hoping I'll see the outline of a skeleton or something. Talk about some good marketing material! I can hear the 5 o clock news now "An Infrared Home Inspector solves a 30 year old missing person and murder case today when detecting a skeleton hidden within the walls of a house" haha, I'll let you know if I ever get lucky..

David,

William,

Thanks for your interest! The IR cameras have finally come down in price to where normal "non-military" folks can actually afford them. Here within the next 4-5 years they will be as common of a home inspection tool as a multi meter. Technology is moving so fast it's amazing but also exhausting trying to keep up.
