What is a Real Estate Investment Specialist?

A Real Estate Investment Specialist works with clients and investors to buy and sell real estate. The RIGHT Real Estate Investment Specialist evaluates market trends to determine if the location is a good place to invest and the timing is right, analyzes properties for cash flow and investment potential, and helps clients unlock a world of real estate wealth.

As a Real Estate Investment Specialist, I help investors buy and sell residential investment property in the Tampa Bay, FL, area. I do not recommend or promise a get-rich quick plan. But investing in real estate, if done correctly, can provide both cash flow and create a stream of long-term wealth.

The benefits a Real Estate Investment Specialist can provide include:

· Determining what type of investor you are and creating an investment plan

· Identifying a market to determine if it is time to invest in that location

· Locating and analyzing various types of residential properties for cash flow and investment potential

· Referring you to professionals for your investment team

· Providing you with information to make good investment decisions

Hi Linda,

Good post. I do have a couple comments, and I hope you'll take them constructively.

I had to look for your information, and found it at the bottom of the post. I think your information could be displayed more prominently, maybe larger type, a picture, or something to make it stand out.

Also, one of the biggest issues for investors is finding the money to invest. If they have it themselves, great. But if they need financing and you have strong private money sources or other lending sources, then this opens up the number of potential clients. If you're already there, terrific. I would just like to see that as an investor.
