Jessica, we work in Arizona, and have worked with a professional stager. We have a ranch home with turquoise carpet. It is a short sale, so the seller will spend no money; however, the stager rents to clients to then stage the home. She could NOT find anyone who wanted even to rent the home with the carpet. We lowered it by $100,000 and finally received an offer. It is at the bank now, so we will see. Good luck to you.
