These cartoons - are too funny. I saw a site where you can program them to say anything. Maybe it would be fun to make these to send to our sellers that dont list their houses properly or take our staging advice - maybe if they hear it from a cartoon character it will make more sense. HA

Hi there... my hubby is a doctor, and an obstretrician... This is too funny! Although i must say... As far as free service. Doctors are expected to give free service all the time! You would not believe all the scenarios. The insurance CEO's are the ones making all the money these days.. I could go on... but....

Yes, Janis, I have three doctors in my family and know a lot about their billing issues (perhaps too much), and in all earnest, most doctors are far more qualified to take care of their patients than some Realtors to do their work... not even talking about the years of medical school, the cost, etc.... This is just about a general attitude towards Realtors.
