As a Realtor I frequently work with people who need or need to get rid of furniture. The downsizing client who is moving from a four bedroom house into a condo who needs furniture to disappear fast. All items must be stain free, tear free, scratch free, watermark free, and smoke and pet odor free to be accepted on consignment. Also in addition to furniture is lamps, framed art, wall mirrors, clocks, area rugs, and other decorative items.
