Our Friday Nia class that we have been having since since November 2010 has moved. The studio moved to a new location. Come to our Nia class on Friday, December 23, 2011.

The studio is in the Sunrise Plaza on Blossom Hill. It is in the corner by Sports Authority. If the parking is too crowded you can turn onto Calhalan and pull into what looks like the post office, but if you keep driving the Plaza has some parking in the back!
The studio has a nice cushioned laminate floor and mirrors on the wall. Come join us!

Cynthia - Thanks for looking it up. Hopfully next year they will continue Nia Spa Day at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in Boyes Hot Springs, CA. You might want to try a class there if they do. You get to do Nia then enjoy the spa for the day. Kinda far for me, but it sounds so lovely. Thanks again for taking the time to look up Nia.
