Deborah: What a great way to convey the tired old "Back On The Market" home. "Another Chance !" What a great idea. In fact... I think I am going to "borrow it..." if I may ?

Well, why wouldn't I compliment you ? "Another Chance" turns a negative light on a "failed sale" into the positive of "lucky you, you get another chance to make this your home !"
Sometimes the simplest things can shine such a bright light.
