That's RealBird.  There is a subscription fee but I think some stuff is free... I have subscribed for over a year now so I really don't remember whether you can do the maps with the free version. The subscription is very, very reasonable.

I am in an MLS where we have to link to our brokerage IDX, we can not have our own IDX... officially.  Our brokerage site is good, in theory I get the leads on my site but I can not do anything with embedded searches off the website.  I started using RealBird before we had our new brokerage site because our old site had very little to offer as far as showing homes available in a blog post (or even on my website.)

In theory I should be able to use links to searches (not maps off the website though) and I should not have to worry about the searches going to Real Living or Real Living HER (should go to me)  but I am still finding links that have been redirected to the brand or the brokerage so I am glad to have the RealBird to use.
