It's amazing! 2012 is finally upon us and 2011 is nothing but about 2 weeks away from being a memory. How'd you do with your goals? Me? I did really well. I failed in many areas, but I held fast to some massive memories. I hired a few new just great and new branches. I can't even tell you how excited I am to have them on our team and helping us penetrate our market.
Work
I'm expanding further and further and getting more financially sound. Really, one of my biggest goals in 2011 was to have a laser like focus. I blogged less on Active Rain, but did do more focused blogging, and, as a result, thought that I was able to grow my business purposedly in 2011.
Family
My wife and kids and extended family grew stronger in 2011. However, I'm not done. I'm just beginning. Next year, I'm going to lose 30 pounds. I'm not fat by any means, but I blew a knee out and for the first time in my life, couldn't run for about 6 months. Im' back on the bandwagon and am making that a focus for 2012.
Also, I'm going to more than double our production within our region in 2012. Here's to 2012 and here's to legacies!
